Step 1. Email us your images

) the files (jpeg, RAW or other image formats) you want to print with the following information:
- Type and size of the print (see Photos and Posters)
- Frame requirements (If applicable. We will provide a quote for your consideration)
- Handphone number (this is needed as our courier may contact you during delivery. We we also confirm your order through sms)
- Delivery address (we deliver 7 days a week including after office hours)
- Preferred delivery day (weekday or weekend) and delivery time (day or night)
Step 2 - Confirm your order
We will check the file to make sure that it has enough pixels for the chosen size and confirm your order through sms. This also serve to verify the handphone number.
Step 3 - Confirm delivery date/time
We will proceed with the print upon confirmation and send you an email/sms to advise delivery date. Confirm the delivery date and we will deliver your prints to your doorstep.
Turnaround, Payment and Delivery:
- Prints are rolled and delivered to you in mailing tubes.
- We usually take 3 working days (excluding Saturdays) to deliver your prints to you. If you need your prints urgently, expediated printing can be arranged for an additional S$10 per print. An additional 7 working days are needed for framing the photo(s).
- You only need to pay when you receive your prints. No worries about transmitting credit card information over the internet.
- Our courier delivers 7-days a week (including public holidays). You can also choose between day and night delivery.
