Some points to note

  1. Image resolution does not mean camera resolution. Square and wide prints are likely to be either cropped from an image or merged with other images. We will let you if your images do not meet the recommended resolution.
  2. If you would like your prints to fit a frame that is smaller than our print size, we can help with the cropping and trimming. Let us know your frame size and we will do the rest.
  3. Images that do not meet the minimum image resolution may look pixellated.
  4. Do note that images with high level of noise (usually taken in low light) may look pixellated when enlarged.
  5. Large size prints will come with a border as we do not do edge-to-edge printing. For other sizes, you choose whether you need a border around your photos.
